Our Lead Efficiency Product is centred on maximising the value from your data, significantly reducing wastage from your acquired or generated leads. We pledge to exceed your current lead-to-discussion conversion rates. Our confidence in this service is such that we offer a steadfast guarantee: if we fail to improve upon your existing lead-to-discussion conversion rate, you owe us nothing.
We take your data and work it on your behalf, making contact with the prospective client and pass that call back to your sales team ready to quote. As a dedicated contact centre we speak to a much higher percentage of leads, therefore with our help, our clients will speak to more leads and in turn convert more into business. We also provide a concise data report to help clients analyse their campaign as standard.
Did you know? Our first LEP campaign increased the lead-to-discussion conversion rate from 20% to 55% from the same data set.
Our Call Purchase service seamlessly directs live leads in search of your service to your sales team through immediate call transfers. We tailor the pre-qualification of these leads to align with your criteria, guaranteeing that your team only interacts with leads you're equipped to take further.
These leads are primarily sourced from our own websites, complemented by acquisitions from third-party suppliers and insurance trading partners, to broaden the spectrum of potential leads.

Some companies frequently encounter issues with failed payments. Upon consulting with our clients, some acknowledged their challenges in reaching out to customers to resolve these issues effectively.
In partnership with several clients, we take the initiative to contact the customers directly, collaborating with them to secure payment. Subsequently, we hand these individuals over to our clients accounts team to reinstate and ensure they're back on course.

Aggregator Solution
Giving our clients a second bite of the cherry.
On your behalf, we re-engage with applicants that didn’t click through to take the quote/offering online, enabling our clients to discuss further to seal the deal.
Leveraging your aggregator data, we initiate contact with the client to facilitate a review of the online application.
Over the past 13 years, our experience has shown that many clients lack the time to pursue leads generated through aggregators, potentially missing out on valuable business opportunities. Furthermore, we've observed that customers often prefer interacting with live agents to complete their purchases. Kompare Calls bridges this gap, making these live interactions possible and beneficial for both brokers and customers.

Renewal Chasing
For insurance brokers, a big part of income is from customer retention, once renewal documents have been sent out, Kompare Calls contact any customer that hasn't responded through the normal process.
The Broker will send Kompare Calls a live up to date list of all customers that are due for renewal. Kompare Calls makes contact with the customer to make sure they received their documents and to encourage them to speak to an advisor to either confirm renewal or discuss the price given. This service can be tailored to each client.
Kompare Calls transfers the customer directly to the Brokers renewal team.
Call Exchange
Every company encounters situations with clients they are unable to help or for whom their offerings are not competitive. Traditionally, these leads might be considered lost opportunities. However, Kompare Calls offers a solution to turn these situations into profitable ventures!
Through our call exchange service, your agents can transfer leads that you cannot service due to pricing or other reasons directly to us. Our team collects essential information from these clients and inputs it into our bespoke system designed to find a match with a suitable client in our network.
Following this, we employ our Call Purchase service to connect the client with Company B. As a result, you receive a share of the profit, transforming what would have been wasted data into a valuable asset that generates additional revenue streams.

Reports are generated depending on campaign size either daily weekly or monthly.
